TYSIC.TYSIC was established on January 7, 2009, with its registered office in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. As China's first silicon carbide epitaxy enterprise, we have consistently driven industry advancement through manufacturing processes, focusing on R&D for the industrialization of silicon carbide epitaxial wafers. Through independent R&D, we have mastered the essential core technologies and processes required for the entire production cycle of SiC epitaxial wafers needed for manufacturing 600–30,000V unipolar and bipolar power devices. These devices are ultimately applied in industries such as new energy (including electric vehicles, photovoltaics, charging stations, and energy storage), rail transit, smart grids, general aviation (e.g., electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (“eVTOL”)), and home appliances. Primary products include: SiC epitaxial wafers, SiC epitaxial wafer foundry services, SiC-related testing services, and wafer cleaning services.
