TONGDA.TONGDA Company was established in 2016 and is located in Tongzhou District, Nantong City. It is a globally leading manufacturer specializing in motor stator and rotor laminations and cores. The company occupies nearly 210,000 square meters of land with a building area of 150,000 square meters. With total assets of 2 billion yuan, it employs over 1,200 staff members, including 200 engineering and technical personnel. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the company operates three raw material coil unwinding and leveling lines, along with 287 production units including 10-630 ton presses, high-speed single-die presses, stator press-fitting machines, and rotor die-casting equipment. Key machinery comprises 98 stamping presses, 90 servo-driven high-speed single-die presses, 20 die-casting machines, and multiple advanced production lines for automated blanking, high-speed progressive stamping, and stator stack welding for new energy vehicle drive motors.
