RCT.RCT was established on January 22, 2021, and is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. RCT has established three high-reliability packaging production platforms: ceramic packaging, high-reliability plastic packaging, and flip chip/system-level packaging. It possesses an annual production capacity of 3.5 million ceramic packages, 2 million high-reliability plastic packages, and 500,000 SiP packages across a comprehensive range of over 300 product types spanning more than ten major categories. This enables RCT to provide integrated circuit design units with highly reliable one-stop packaging solutions for products including CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, DSP, AD/DA, and other integrated circuit products.
